New to the world of financial services, Jamie is our latest – and youngest – cat, joining in February 2026. Before becoming a part of the team, Jamie studied Digital Media and Information Studies at the University of Glasgow, where he decided to pursue a career in marketing.

The research found that over the last 12 months, 88% of advisers needed to apologise to at least one of their clients on behalf of a platform, and that poor service delivery from platforms impacts 91% of advisers every day.
